Know what your septic tank is doing before it tells you

Check-ins every quarter, a full inspection every year, and notes after each visit, with priority when you need repairs or emergency help.

What's in the plan

  • Check-ins every quarter

  • A full inspection once a year

  • Written notes after every visit

  • Member-first scheduling for repairs

  • Priority place on 24/7 emergency calls

  • Permits and certified reports for repairs

Sign up if

  • You don't know when it was last pumped
  • You're buying or selling a home with septic
  • You own a rental, second home or small business
  • Your system has a pump or alarm
  • You'd rather not track a pump date

How the plan works

  1. We start with an inspection

We check every part of your system and set your pump date from what we measure.

  2. We book your check-ins

Three lighter visits fill out the year.

  3. We write it up

After every visit you get notes on what we checked and what we found.

  4. We tell you what's due

If a pump-out or repair is due, we say so and quote it in writing first.

Numbers worth knowing

  • 4 visitsA year: three quarterly check-ins and one full inspection.
  • YearlySC DES says a system with a pump or other moving parts needs an inspection at least once a year, and the plan builds it in.
  • 3 to 5 yrsSC DES says most home tanks need pumping this often, and the plan keeps track of your date.

Good to know

  • You still need pumping

The plan sets your pump date by measuring the tank. It doesn't replace the pump-out.

  • Priority is about order, not a timer

Members go first in our scheduling and on our emergency line, and we don't promise an arrival time.

  • Clear access keeps visits short

Lids you can reach and an open gate let us spend the visit on your system, not on finding it.

Checkup Plan questions, answered

Do I still need my tank pumped?

Yes. SC DES says most home tanks need pumping every 3 to 5 years, and the yearly inspection measures your tank so the date comes from what we find. The pump-out is its own job, and we quote it in writing before we start.

Is a check-in the same as an inspection?

No. A check-in is a lighter visit: the lids, the yard over the drain field, the outlet filter, and the pump and alarm if you have them. The yearly inspection covers the baffles, the solids, scum and sludge levels, the drain lines, the distribution box, the drain field and a flow test, plus the alarm and pump station if you have them.

Does the plan cover repairs?

No. The plan covers the visits and your place in line, not the cost of a repair. If a visit finds a problem, we explain it and quote the repair in writing before any work starts.

What happens if I sell my home?

The plan can move to the new owner, and your written notes show a buyer what has been checked and when.
